      ZBP1是一种干扰素诱导蛋白,它与细胞质DNA结合并在肿瘤和病原体的宿主防御反应中发挥作用。ZBP1在淋巴组织中高表达,包括淋巴结、白细胞、扁桃体、骨髓和脾脏。ZBP1是甲型流感病毒(IAV)的先天免疫传感器。

      ZBP1调控NLRP3(nucleotide and oligomerization domain,leucine-rich repeat-containing protein family,pyrin domain containing3)炎症小体活性,在IAV感染期间诱导不同类型的细胞死亡(细胞凋亡,程序性细胞坏死和细胞焦亡)。
