实验方法：
THP1细胞用0.5μMPMA（产品编号AG-CN2-0010）诱导分化3h后，以5uM Nigericin 活化（lane2）或不激活（lane1）处理1h（产品编号AG-CN2-0020）。收集30uL细胞上清，在还原条件下进行SDS-PAGE 电泳分离，转移至硝酸纤维素膜并以anti-caspase-1（p20）（human），mAb（Bally-1）孵育。最后进行化学发光检测。
